About Villa Baywatch

Staying in a paradise doesn't have to be expensive.

Rooms at Villa Baywatch, are charming, cheerful, and of great value. We have 4 double rooms and two triple rooms with separate entrances and attached ensuite toilets. All our double rooms have super king sized beds while our triple rooms have queen and single sized beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, ceiling fans, mini refrigerators and with bed tea or coffee making facilities. Complimentary WIFI is accessible throughout the villa.

It is located atop the legendary Rumassala Hillock overlooking the Unawatuna bay, just an hour away from the city of Colombo, at the Galle exit of the southern express way. It offers a spectacular panoramic view of the beautiful Indian ocean and the city of Galle beyond it.

A five-minute eco-trek down the hillock, will lead you to the famous ‘Jungle Beach’ of Rumassala. The 'Japanese Peace Pagoda' is located behind the villa. A twenty minute "tuk tuk" ride will take you to the city and to the well known Dutch fort of Galle. You could also go Whale watching, snorkeling and surfing in the nearby beaches.
After long hours of exploring the hidden mysteries of Rumassala, you can expect to relax and unwind at our Villa, with a dip in the pool and thereafter basking in the luxurious modern comforts it offers, coupled with delicious gourmet cuisine, and the famed, genuine warmth of Sri Lankan hospitality.
