Terms and Conditions

1. • Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is until 12:00 noon.

1. • The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

1. • Guests should properly conduct themselves and should not disturb the other occupants of the Villa. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. 
   • Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

1. • Entertaining outside persons inside rooms is not allowed. Pets too are not allowed within the villa.

1. • Consuming food and smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

1. • Bed sheets will be changed only once in 3 days for inhouse guests. However cleaning of the rooms can be done based on your request. You may keep items to be disposed of, outside of your room door. All guests are requested to kindly switch off the Air Conditions when they are not occupying the room.

1. • All guests are entitled to use the inhouse swimming pool provided they are dressed in appropriate attire. The pool is only 4 feet six inches in depth across its entire area. Please note that We do not have a life guard or a full time pool attendant, hence your safety is your own responsibility.

1. • All guests should always respect the culture and traditions of the Sri Lankan society. We are very cautions about keeping our environment clean, therefore we request all guests to kindly handover litter to the house-keeping staff of the villa, for proper disposal.
